On January 8th the office design and the order was approved. That was the easy part, the challenge was that they needed the office set up in just four days. Typically a job like this would take two to three weeks. Jeff, however called our supplier; Cherryman Industries, and our sales representative was able expedite the order. We were so happy to hear that everything was in stock and would ship from California on the 10th, with an expected arrival on Friday the 12th.
As promised, the order arrived before 10 in the morning on the 12th. Our two installers, Ivan and Edgar loaded it and arrived at Select Comfort by 11 am. They worked diligently and were able to have it set up by two o’clock that afternoon. The VIP was busy during the day in meetings and a company luncheon, but when returning to the office later that day found that everything was done as promised and ordered. We received a phone call later that day from a very - happy customer. They loved the set up and design of their new office.
